Well, I'm going to be honest: I like the 2001 Zartan. I just happened to get an extra one so now I can make him look more true to his first figure. I used the 2001 Zartan head, got rid of the damn pupils (it's just not Zartan's thing!), and gave him a 1985 Lampreys chest, 1990 Tunnel Rat's arms, 1993 orange Guile's waist, and 1992 General Flagg's legs.

Would this have been so hard Hasbro?
