Following Wil Wheaton's lead, I have forgone using Internet Explorer. I'm now using Mozilla as my default web browser. It takes a little getting used to, (Mozilla uses Netscape programming) but I'm already liking some of the features. It comes with an automatic pop-up blocker (even better than my previous one), and has the ability to block cookies from entire domains. That way, if you have a website you like to go to, but constantly gives spy-ware cookies, you don't have to run Ad-Aware after every visit. |
