Tomorrow will be one of those rare Saturdays where I'm actually still in San Diego. I need to film a 16mm film with a group for a vis arts class I'm in. Hopefully it won't take too long to shoot, since we only need to deal with one roll of film that lasts about 3 minutes. Also, the assignment is more about the using the camera than what we're actually shooting. I plan on leaving for home as soon as we finish. The only real annoyance was that I had to pick up the camera from school. It doesn't sound too bad until you factor in the weight of the camera and its case, the two battery packs, and the heavy tripod which I had to carry back to the shuttle bus and then to my apartment. It was a bit of a workout. (That, or I'm more out-of-shape than I realized!)
