I think I know why I'm feeling such a resurgence in my love of Star Wars toys. In the lobby at Edward's is the Star Wars Trilogy arcade game. It's constantly pumping out John Williams-orchestrated theme music throughout its intro loop. Now, I'm the first to admit that anything looped in the lobby of my theater gets annoying after about ten minutes. That's part of the reason why I can't stand the commercials that air on our plasma screens above the concessions stands. But I like the Star Wars music. And when it's mostly drowned-out by the normal sounds of the lobby, it doesn't get on my nerves. What it does do, though, is act like a subliminal message constantly getting me to want to watch Star Wars and buy its toys.

See? This post had a point!
