Since the play opened yesterday, I don't need to show up at the theater until 6:30. I'm supposed to be there until about 11:30 each night, so it's still 5 hours that I'm stuck there. But it's better than the six I would spend there previously. It's not so bad really, we spend the time playing card games or dominoes with the other free practicum students, theater staff not busy at the moment, or actors not yet onstage.
