I've been called out by a few people at school for not going to a midnight screening of Star Wars, but to be honest, I don't like midnight screenings. You wait for hours on end to be first in the theater, then try to stay awake as your body shuts down for the night, and you still have to drive home half-asleep! And for what? Bragging rights to having seen a movie before others? Why should I care, especially when the time difference between the midnight screening and when I go to see it is less than a day??
