Tales from the Con! It's Friday morning, and Bryan, Nammy, and I have arrived an hour before the con opens so we could get the good parking. We're outside the convention centers doors and head to a bench in the shade. As we wait, I'm talking on the phone to check on Justin's progress in getting here. At this point, a man walks up and asks if we want a comic book signed. He points toward an issue of Firestorm lying on the bench. We're a bit confused, as we don't know whose book it is. Then the man seems a little disappointed as he mentions that that's his book. He worked on it. Taken slightly aback, we tell him to sign the book anyway. We don't know whose comic it is, but we'll be glad to have it signed by one if its creators. Bryan pulls out a marker for him and the man leaves his mark. Since no one's claimed the book, Nammy decides to take it. Only at Comic Con.
