Well I've certainly been remiss in updating this thing. Anime Expo was fun, but I mostly stuck to the exhibit hall and Artist's Alley, so I really didn't get the whole experience.

What was more pressing to me was seeing Pirates today. And I did. With 11 of my friends. What started as a small 3 person meet-up grew into a large group. Not a bad thing, per se, but makes it a bit harder to coordinate. And we encountered problems. We were short one ticket for one, not knowing about the 12th person until he showed up. And the showing was sold out. Well thank goodness for my work experience in a cinema. I knew there were more tickets hiding in reserve, and after a brief talk with the cashier we got the extra ticket. Helps to be polite with the employees, believe you me. And as for the movie? Awesome. See it. And stick around for the scene after the credits.
