The first few days of Comic Con have been packed. In between caring for a baby on Preview Night (!), dressing up for the Stargate panels on Friday, and getting Sgt. Slaughter's autograph, I managed to get into the Animation Writer's Guild party! Met some writers from shows I watched and generally schmoozed, if I can even call it that. I was supposed to go to Kansas City Barbecue with my friends, but this came up rather late and they all encouraged me to go. I guess it worked out for me, since I'm told service at their restaurant was lousy. And oh yeah, I got 5 people to take my picture in my Stargate costume! And the official Stargate booth gave me a free sweater! And I got video of me in a podcast! How cool is that??
