Jason was kind enough to ride with me last night to pick up my parents from the airport. They were scheduled to arrive around 11, but ended up about 20 minutes later after a delay in landing at LAX. Wasn't too bad a wait, though. At least I had company. What was annoying, though, was discovering the airline lost one of mom's bags. Long wait at the baggage claim, followed by another wait at the airline's baggage claim office. Then there was the drive back to the LA house, which included a stop for gas. Wouldn't have normally been a problem, but there was something I had to get done and a meeting to get to the next day!
