Boy, I could have sworn I've posted at least once this year. Guess not! I suppose the only noteworthy thing to have happened in the last few days was that I became an assistant manager for a department in AX. Ax Media, to be precise. No, I'm still not paid, but hey, at least I'm putting my bachelor's degree to use now! Unfortunately, the department doesn't have a head manager yet. Looks like I'll have to fill in for that until they actually find someone. Related to this promotion, I attended the AX Manager's Retreat in La Jolla over the weekend. Standard motivation seminars and cultural education. The weirdest part was being just down the street from UCSD but having no involvement with it. The school's not really mine any more.
