Quite a different scene today than it was around this time four years ago. Instead of sitting in the La Jolla apartment with Justin getting increasingly depressed with the election results, I'm in the LA house holding back a grin as more and more states went to Obama. I was almost afraid to watch, still worried that things would go bad at the last moment. Russell and I killed time between poll closings watching the new Futurama DVD. Jason joined us as Obama gave his acceptance speech. A very uplifting night indeed.
